The OMF Lit Bookshop has vacancies for its newest retail outlets in SM Pampanga, Banilad (Cebu), Cagayan de Oro, and Metro Manila in line with its ministry expansion program:
Branch OIC and Retail Sales Associates
The Positions |
Branch Officer-in-Charge
Responsible for the implementation of the branch’s programs and sales activities to promote products and achieve sales goals; Ensures the proper execution of the Bookshop’s operational plans, policies, and procedures.
Retail Sales Associates
Responsible for in-store sales, merchandising, coordination of loyalty programs and customer relations
The Positions |
Education | OIC applicants must be a College graduate, preferably in Business, Communication or related fields; college graduates preferred but not required for retail sales associates
Experience | Fresh graduates are welcome for Retail Sales Associates; supervisory and relevant work experience necessary for OIC applicants
Critical Traits | Customer and result-oriented, team player, creative, can adapt to flexible work hours; energy, resiliency and with proven financial and moral integrity, a born again Christian and an active member of an evangelical Christian church
Skills/Abilities | Good written and oral communication skills; computer literate; excellent interpersonal skills
