How do I buy books from OMFLit.com?
1. Browse our Catalog and click on
Add this item to my cart to select titles you want to buy.
2. Review the items in your cart, taking note of
Handling cost computation.
3. If you want to know how much it would cost for your items to be delivered outside of Metro Manila Tick “Outside Metro Manila”.
4. Click on
Continue Shopping if you want to add more items, or click
Check Out when you’re ready to finalize your order.
5. Read the
Terms and Conditions. If you agree to these, click “
Agree to Terms and Conditions” and
Continue to finalize order
6. If you are a first-time customer at OMFLit.com, register as an OMFLit Online Customer for free. If you are a returning customer, log in using your email address and password that you used when you first registered.
7. Register as a PayPal user, or use your PayPal account if you already have one, to pay for order (you will be directed to PayPal’s secure page). Click on
Check out with PayPal.
8. Click on
Pay to finish transaction.
Why do I need to create an Account with PayPal?
PayPal is one of the means by which we make sure that your transactions with us are safe and secure. PayPal is widely used internationally as an easy and secure facility for online financial transactions. You only need to sign up with PayPal once. You will not need to do the registration process again on your future online purchases with the OMFLit.com.

How long does it take before I receive the books?
Please allow 3-5 working days for processing and delivery, excluding official Philippine holidays.
How can I track my orders?
Please send an email to: estore@omflit.com with the following details for reference: Name, Date of Purchase, Order ID, and PayPal Transaction Number. (These details are automatically emailed to you upon successful processing of your payment.) We will email back to you your order’s status.
How many copies per title am I allowed to purchase?
The maximum quantity you can purchase
per title is twenty (20). Please send an email to estore@omflit.com if you wish to purchase more than 20 copies per title. You will be issued an electronic invoice for your bulk orders with instructions on how you can make your payment through PayPal.
I need a book I saw in your book shop. Why is it not available through OMFLIT.com?
At present, the list of products that can be purchased through OMFLIT.com consists of titles that we have locally developed, or produced as co-editions with overseas partner-publishers. Titles imported by OMFLIT for distribution in the Philippines are currently available through OMFLIT book shops, and other Philippine bookstores only. Please send an email to
estore@OMFLIT.com with subject: SPECIAL ORDER if you wish to purchase an OMFLIT imported product online. OMFLIT.com handling and delivery costs may vary for these special orders.
We will be providing a regularly updated list of these imported titles soon.
In what currency will I be billed?
You will be billed for the books and handling fees online through PayPal. Transactions will be in the US Dollar Currency. Please note that your Card’s issuing bank will charge you, if applicable, in Philippine Pesos based on their prevailing conversion rates at the time of settlement. Transactions in the Philippine Peso currency are not yet accepted by PayPal.
What is the scope of your delivery?
We can deliver to most local destinations in the Philippines, based on the serviceable areas of our authorized couriers. Should your shipping area be non-serviceable, the package can be picked up at the nearest branch of our couriers or an alternative serviceable address that we will request from you. You will receive a call or an email from our Customer Service regarding the delivery.
Currently, orders from OMFLit.com can only be delivered to local destinations in the Philippines. Please visit our website regularly for announcements regarding the availability of our selling facility to international customers.
For orders to be delivered outside the Philippines please send an email to estore@omflit.com with a subject: EXPORT ORDER.
How is the handling and delivery fee computed?
Delivery and handling fees for Metro Manila and Outside Metro Manila are computed as follows:
For within
Metro Manila the handling cost is Php 75.00 for the first item on your shopping cart and Php 25.00 for each two (2) additional items thereafter.
For
Outside Metro Manila but within the Philippines, the handling cost is Php 100.00 for the first item on your shopping cart and Php 50.00 for each two (2) additional items thereafter.

Can I cancel an order?
As we treat online orders as URGENT, it will be difficult to cancel an order that has already been paid. However, you may get in touch with our Customer Service through estore@omflit.com to check on the status of your order. We might still be able to cancel your order if the package is still with us. Please note that we can no longer cancel an order that has already been dispatched for delivery.
What should I do if I need to return an item?
We encourage our customers to make a careful and informed choice before making any purchase. Pursuant to the Consumer Act of the Philippines, “It is not an excuse for a customer to return goods because of change of mind or mistake due to the fault of the consumer himself”.
If you would like to return an item purchased in this site due to product defect, OMF Literature shall facilitate a replacement or a refund of the purchase amount, whichever you prefer. Shipping and handling charges, however, are non-refundable.
Please let us know, in writing, of your intent to return an item within seven (7) days from receipt of the item. Such letter should include the corresponding reason or actual product defect, and whether you wish for a replacement or a refund. You may send us the letter via email at estore@omflit.com.
If you wish for a replacement, we shall send you a replacement free of charge within 2–3 days after we receive the returned item. You may return the item to:

If a replacement is not available, we shall refund you the amount of the paid item plus the shipping cost of the returned item. If you wish for a refund, we shall facilitate the refund provided that:
a. The item is returned in its original delivery condition.
b. A copy of the email received from estore@omflit.com is attached
c. The item is returned within seven (7) days upon receipt of your request for a refund.
We shall remit to your PayPal account a refund amount equivalent to the product price plus the shipping cost of the returned item.
