Your First Job helped me a lot. I was considering a career shift but didn't know where to go. Then my mom gave me this book. This made me decide to get focused on my present job and acquire skills I badly need. I believe God planted me here, so I have to bloom here. From the "giving-up" stage, I am now in "embracing-stage" of my career.
