Visit any OMF Lit Bookshop to sign up for Kaibigan Card or Pastors’ Exclusives membership. Just fill out an application form and pay the two-year membership fee of P200 for Pastors’ Exclusives or P250 for Kaibigan Card Card. An accumulated OMF Lit Bookshop official receipt worth P5,000 may also be submitted to avail of membership.
